Scheduling and scores

Schedules that follow the standings. Scores go from the field to the public site.

You set your own cycle rules. Our founding league runs three cycles of three weeks; each cycle is built from your fields, time slots, and rules, brackets are reseeded from the standings, and your crew enter scores from their phones.

From fields to final scores

  • Fully custom cycle rules

Set your own cycle length and reseed schedule. The solver builds each cycle from your fields, time slots, and league rules.

  • Brackets reseeded from standings

Before each new cycle, brackets are reseeded from the current standings, so teams play opponents at their level.

  • Fields and time slots

Set the fields and game times you have each week, including kindergarten sessions, and the solver fills them.

  • Coach requests, triaged

Coaches submit schedule requests, and each one is triaged automatically before you build the cycle.

  • Release a cycle, notify families

Release a cycle when it is ready. Game reminders and schedule-change notices go out to families for you.

  • Crew score entry

Field crew enter final scores on their phones right after each game and attach a photo of the scorecard.

  • Public scores and standings

The public schedule, scores, and W-L-T standings with point differential update from the scores your crew enter.

Build the cycle

Your fields, time slots, and league rules go in with the coach requests that have already been triaged. The run comes back as a full cycle you can accept or send back.
