Balanced teams, built from your rules. Every placement comes with a reason.
Coach freezes, households, friend requests, and your league rules go in. Balanced teams come out, and you can see why each player landed where they did before anything reaches a coach or a family.

What goes into every run
Coach freezes placed first
Each coach guarantees 4 players and requests 4 more on a freeze form. Guaranteed players are locked onto the team before anyone else is placed.
Households stay together
Siblings and players from the same household land on the same team, and do-not-pair requests are never broken.
A quarterback on every team
Every team gets a quarterback, and grades stay balanced across the division.
School and neighborhood clustering
Players from the same school and neighborhood are grouped where the rules allow, which makes carpools and practices easier.
Friend requests, worked in order
Friend and teammate requests run through a coverage cascade, so as many players as possible play with someone they asked for.
Play up, never down
A player can play up a division but never down, and the rule is checked on every move.
A reason for every placement
The decision report shows why each player is on each team. Compare two runs side by side before you settle on one.
Adjust, lock, and release
Drag players between teams, add constraints in plain language, lock finished teams, and release rosters to coaches first, then families.
From a division to released rosters.
Run the division
Every constraint you have collected goes in at once. The run places coach freezes first, keeps households together, honors friend requests where the rules allow, and balances grades across the division.

What a run looks like.
Players leave the unassigned pool and land on a team, and the report says why.
Questions operators ask.
What does a coach freeze form do?
A coach lists up to 4 guaranteed players and 4 requested players. Guaranteed players are placed on that coach's team before the rest of the division is formed, and requested players are honored where the other rules allow.
Can I change the teams after a run?
Yes. Move players on the drag-and-drop board, compare runs, and lock a team when it is final. Nothing reaches coaches or families until you release it.
How do coaches and families find out their team?
Release happens in two steps. Coaches see their rosters first, then you release to families, who get an email and see the team in their portal.
