The short version: this site collects nothing about you unless you submit the demo-inquiry form, and what you submit is used to reply to you and for nothing else.
Who we are
Advantage Sports is a product of ShirePath Solutions. This policy covers this marketing site, joinadvantagesports.com, only. Leagues that run on the Advantage Sports platform have their own agreements and notices covering their season data.
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the demo-inquiry form:
- Your name and work email
- Your league or organization and your role in it
- Your league's approximate size
- An optional message
How we use it
We use your inquiry to reply to you, schedule a demo, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your information for advertising.
IP addresses and abuse prevention
When you submit the form, your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit submissions and keep the form usable. A keyed one-way hash of the address may be stored with your inquiry; the raw address is not. The short-lived rate-limit records expire automatically within about an hour.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and assets are served from our own domain. The light and dark appearance follows your device setting and is never stored.
Where your data lives
Inquiries are stored in Amazon DynamoDB (AWS, United States). Twilio SendGrid delivers the internal email that tells our team an inquiry arrived. Both providers act only on our instructions.
What we never do
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose it only to the service providers named above, or if the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
We keep inquiries while the conversation is relevant. Email info@joinadvantagesports.com and we will delete your inquiry.
Children
This site is for league operators and is not directed at children. Do not submit the form if you are under 13.
